DONNA was LOVED through and through not only for her Love of Jesus but for the Love she held for others. She Loved Mommie so much and held her in high esteem. She Loved Daddy as well and I have no doubt that she and Mommie are having one Awesome reunion. 
We Loved DONNA not only for her Testimony but for endearing Friendship. She was genuine, she was a Loving Wife, Mother and Friend. She will be missed but I know she's having the BEST time seeing Family and Friends. When she sees Jesus, I have no doubt she'll simply say "I Love You and Thank You so much for Loving Me". Well done thou Good and Faithful Servant...Well Done DONNA!

I think Donna knew me my whole life. I remember her at church when I was little and I remember her substitute teaching me at school. I got re-acquainted with Donna as an adult when my husband and I moved back to the area in 2001. We had many great discussions on flags and banners for worship and we waved them at church together. We moved away again, but got reconnected on social media. My true friendship with Donna started when she lost her husband last year. Charlie (Mr. Franer) was a kind and soft spoken man. I remember him ushering at church and serving communion. Donna and I spoke more often after Mr. Franer passed away. She was a marvel to me. She always seemed upbeat. I knew she missed her husband, but she always referred to his passing as his home-coming. She encouraged me much in ways I'm sure she wasn't even aware. She reached out to me as a friend and loved me just as I was. She took such joy in her family. She was a prayer warrior for each of them and put much thought into everything she did for them. Well, Donna, welcome home. I will miss you here on earth as will many others. You did a lot with this life God gave you and I know you are so happy to see him face to face and to see Charlie again. God bless you and your family. May all your prayers for them be answered.

Donna  was a precious friend and sister in Christ.  We go back a long way to our beginnings in Christ at Ridgeville Church.  There will be such a void in all the areas where she was so active and involved in so many lives.  Her works do follow her.  I will miss her so much.  Pat Muterspaw

Donna had such a strong, persevering spirit about her. Always quick to give a hug and her huge grin. Very compassionate and caring. I will miss her greatly until I, too, join her in eternity, which we have assurance of when Jesus is our Savior!

She is well remembered and loved by the Shelton family.

I was saddened today to read of Donna's passing. I work for the Carlisle post office and only knew her as one of my favorite customers. What a joy and pleasure to wait on and talk to. I will miss her smile and joy. She is in such a better place and I look forward to seeing her again someday!

I met Donna while taking care of Charlie.  I have never met a lady so full of life and compassion and love for her family. She gave me excellent Christian advice and I loved her for that. It brings me comfort to know she is in the arms of our Savior and Charlie.  What a reunion that was.

Donna was a compassionate person. She was a great hostess for our bible studies for years. She was blessed. We were at their house when we found out our daughter would be going to see Jesus soon. They held us up in prayer.

Donna loved Jesus with a joyful heart and was one of our most ardent supporters along with her husband   in the ministry of Pleasant Vineyard. She loved her children and grandchildren and served the Lord giving generously because she knew God was a generous God in her life.

My Paula and I LOVED Donna!  She was a precious, longtime friend!  We wrapped our hearts around Donna a long time ago and we are thankful that because of Jesus, she is in our future!
