Donna Green

Mrs. Donna Green age 77 years old went to be with the Lord and to a great reunion with loved ones gone before. She passed away at Hospice of Butler Warren at 5:10 pm on January 22, 2015. She was born on March 28, 1937 in Korea, Kentucky to Lennox B. and Ruby Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Gerald Green, parents and 5 sisters, Geraldine Williams, Christine Williams, Sue VanDyne, Janice Apking and Darlene Combs. She is survived by her three sons, David Janice, Jonathan and Daniel Sherry Green, a daughter Julie Chad Green-Engelbert, two brothers, Emery Arnell "Mutt" Donna Williams and Tom Laura Williams. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She attended Middletown City Schools and received her social work license from University of Cincinnati. She lived her life serving others. She was an activities coordinator and social worker at Lebanon Nursing Home for many years before retiring from social work at West Side Health Care. The visitation and funeral will be held at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. The visitation will be on Monday, January 26th from 5-8pm. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 27th with Rev. Gary Justice officiating. The burial will be held at Woodside Cemetery directly following the funeral service.
