where she had been a resident for 15 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Mae Warner Of Middletown Ohio; her husband Tom Irvin;and brother David Warner. She lived most of her life in Phoenix,Arizona. She was born and raised in Middletown; and had worked at Mom's Diner, and Wayside Cafe. She attended Middletown High School. She had no children.She loved fishing and hunting with her husband and her family.She is survived by a brother,Jimmy Warner of Middletown , sisters,Robbin Smith(Donald) of Arizona,and Karen Nevarez(Javier) of East Dubuque Illinois and several nieces and nephews. She will be interred at Woodside Cemetery after service at Woodside Chapel on Tuesday,Sept 5 2017 at 10 AM.
