Dorothy Watkins 92 formerly of West Carrollton passed away Sunday December 20, 2020 at Arlington Point in Middletown. She was born in Morgan County, KY the daughter of George and Artie (Cox) Blankenship.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Boyd, her daughter, Wanda Johnson and several siblings.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Ruby (David) Cockerham, Donnie and Bobby (Elizabeth) Watkins, 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Bernal Blankenship, sister Florene Johnson and son in law, Craig Johnson.
Funeral services will be Tuesday 12:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Burial in Highland Cemetery, Miamisburg. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
