Born April 25, 1955 passed away September 29, 2013 after a brave battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Sandra Lynch Downs of 20 years his mother June Lynch 3 brothers Daryl Teresa Dan and Don. His 2 children son Brandon Lynch Kelly and daughter Rachel Lynch. Doug had 6 devoted step-children Beth Sam Marty Stephani Missy Bob Renee Shonda and Stephanie Eric 23 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father Harris Lynch. The family would like to thank the staff at Astoria Nursing and Rehab for all the care and kindness they gave Doug.
