Eileen Reser

Eileen retired after teaching for over 40 years within Northeastern School District in Clark County, Ohio. She dedicated her life to the children she taught, advocating for all children to succeed in life. She enjoyed gardening, reading, playing cards with friends and family, and cooking. Most of all, she loved being a grandma and spending time with her grandchildren. We will remember her for her fiercely independent personality, and for always being kind and helpful.

Eileen is survived by her daughter, Elina (Todd) Blain; grandchildren, Kayla, Kinsey, Tessa, and Trevor Blain; siblings, Dorothy (Dave) Meyer, Jeannette (Marvin) Moeller, Connie Herkenhoff, Paul Puthoff, Rose (Tom) Koverman, Treva (Don) Borchers, Al (Mary Jo) Puthoff, Donna LaFara; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Puthoff; and niece, Stacey Meyer.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, March 28th, 2021 from 3:00-6:00p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd Street, Franklin, Ohio.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Eileen’s name may be made to their favorite charity.
