A wonderful Christian is now at home. At 18, as a graduate of Middletown High School, Gene helped me get a summer job in his office at Armco. He was a kind-hearted, faithful servant of the Lord. His many years of service to his church, Grace Baptist, are not forgotten. Both he and his wife are sweetly remembered by many.

Gene was such a good friend and so lovely to be around with his funny nature and lovely spirit!!! He will be so missed at the Deardoff Senior Center where we played Bingo and cards. I am so fortunate to be able to say he was one of my best friends!!! I love him dearly and will miss him so much!!! It breaks my heart to have to say so long to my dear friend!!! Rest in peace my love!!!
