Eugene Walden

Eugene Walden, 85, was born on April 13, 1932 in Laurel County, KY, one of 16 children to William Otis and Katie (Sullivan) Walden. He spent his childhood in Lily, KY near Levi Jackson State Park. He is survived by his children, Wanda and Rock Kennedy Sr.; grandchildren, Rochelle Kennedy Fenlon and her husband Tim, and Rocky Kennedy II and his wife Leslie; great-grandchildren, Drew Patrick Fenlon, Katherine Kennedy Fenlon, Brennice Isabella Kennedy and Case Robert Walden Kennedy; brothers George, Doug and Jack Walden; sisters, Hettie Crawford, Betty Jones and Mary Jarvis; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Erma Jean Walden, his parents, and numerous brothers and sisters. Eugene retired from Chrysler Corp. after many years in a supervisory role.

Funeral Services will be Saturday 4:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm until time of service.
