Fred Faulkner Jr., 59 of Middletown, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at Vitas Hospice in Cincinnati. He was born June 23, 1957 in Middletown, the son of the late Fred Faulkner Sr. and Geneva (Cornett) Faulkner.
Fred was employed as a plumber at his plumbing company.
He is survived by his son Nicholas A. Faulkner; two brothers, James T. (wife, Inetta) Caudill and Grant (wife, Diana) Caudill; and a nephew, Daniel Caudill.
A Celebration of Fred’s life will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home.
Burial will be 10:00 am Thursday at the Woodside Cemetery.
