Garrett Neace

Neace, Garrett, age 84, passed peacefully at his home on Friday, November 22, 2024. Garrett was born in Breathitt County, Kentucky on November 30, 1939 to Henry and Lidda Neace. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy; his parents; son, Tom Neace; grandson, Matthew; siblings: Thomas Ray Neace, Zacky Neace, Connie Collins, Sally Collins, Alberta Collins, Vicey Hoskins, Freda Wallace.

Garrett is survived by his children: Kevin (Tana) Neace, Patrick (Holly) Neace, Tracy Neace, daughter in law, Jill Neace; sister, Gracy Wilson; Grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason) Shatto; Kyle (Jessee) Neace, Justin Neace, Krista (Justin) Daniels, Michael (Brandy) Neace, Chloe Lindsey, Devin Lindsey, Macy (Kyle) Fryer, Morgan Neace, Jessica (Tim) Smith, Carrie Kiser, Katie (Josh) Burns, Danielle Terry, Kayla Terry, Shayna Terry. Great Grandchildren: Jordan, Isabella, Aiden, Draven, Luke, Kathryn, Landen, Lincoln, Lawson, Xander, Zelia, Lennon, Kaylenn, Jayden, Karson, Iris, Milo; nephews, who were like brothers, Art Collins and Dave Collins; plus many family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at The First Baptist Church of Franklin, 16 West Second Street, Franklin with Reverend Duane Patrick officiating. Interment will follow in Woodhill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to Hospice Care of Middletown in thanks of their wonderful service to our family.
