Geneva Combs

Geneva Rea Combs, age 93, of Middletown, died Monday, April 22, 2013 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born March 12, 1920 in Irvine, Kentucky, the daughter of Arthur P. Tuggle and Provie Wilson Tuggle. Geneva worked as a lab technician for Sorg Paper Company for 18 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Mark Dunn of Franklin; two sons, Arthur Debra Combs and Terry Combs both of Middletown; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Katherine Holton of Middletown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Combs in 2002; and two brothers, Glen and Edward Tuggle. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Kevin Lawler officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
