Georgetta Kozee, 77 of Frnaklin, passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, September 5 with her family at her side. She was born December 31, 1948 in Rural, Kentucky to the late John and Kathleen (Black) Grays. Also preceding her death are a brother John Grays and sister Sue Griffin.
Georgetta leaves to cherish her memory, her son Chuck (Karah) DeBord, grandchildren Cody (Cortney) BeBord, Kirsten DeBord, great-grandchildren Knox and Nash BeBord. Also surviving ar her brothers Greg Grays, Darryl Grays, several nieces, nephews, cousins and best friends Pam, Barb and Judy.
Georgetta was an avid and active member of Freewill Baptist Church and Christian Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping with her friends, fish with Uncle Sherman and especially being a grandma and supporting her grandchildrensactivities.
There will be a visitation at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 East 2nd Street, Franklin, Tuesday, September 15 starting at 11:00 am, followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm with Pastor Bobby Reed presiding. Following services, Georgetta will be laid to rest next to her beloved John in Springboro Cemetery.
