Gladys Ballinger, age 92, of Franklin, Ohio, died Thursday May 12, 2016 at Carlisle Manor. She was born in Carlisle, Ohio on May 5, 1924 to Lee and Zella (Plowman) Brandenburg. She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Brandenburg, mother, Zella Brandenburg, husband, Walter Ballinger, sons, David Ballinger and Gary Ballinger, brother, Fred Brandenburg, sisters, Violet Brandenburg, Dorothy Tredway and Esther Brandenburg. Gladys is survived by her two sisters, Mona Ward and Beatrice Alexander; 2 grandchildren Tina and Tonya Ballinger; 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday May 16, 2016 at Spring of Life Worship Center with Pastor Chester Collins officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
