Gregory Lee Schneider

Greg is preceded in death by his father Larry Schneider, and two daughters Danielle Lynn and Jamie Lee Schneider.

Greg is survived by his mother Maxine Schneider; wife Donna (Shiveley) Schneider; daughter Melissa (Andrew) Schwieterman, and four grandchildren Jaylyn, Kalob, Paisley and Teegan. He is also survived by his brother Mike (Nancy) Schneider, in-laws Paul (Gaye) Shiveley; sister in laws Cindy (Mike) Christian; Denise (Brent Bartley) Shiveley; special friends Bruce (Sharon) Sample; and nieces and nephews he adored.

Greg spent 10 years on the Franklin Say Soccer Board marking the fields; between coaching Say, indoor and select soccer he put in 18 years of coaching many franklin kids. He made some life-long friends through his coaching.

Greg retired from AK Steel in 2006 after 30 years. He worked many other jobs until 2022 when he finally retired for good. He will be missed by many.

Friends may call on the family on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 1:00- 3:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, Ohio. A celebration of Greg's life will begin at 3 PM with Pastor Josh Clifford presiding. Burial at Springboro Cemetery will be private.
