Harold E. McQueen

Harold E. McQueen, age 76, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Wednesday March 1, 2017 at his residence. He was born in West Carrollton, Ohio on August 28, 1940 to Carl and Myrtle (Webb) McQueen. Harold served in the US Navy for three years. He was employed with Monsanto for 31 years and retired in 1991. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl McQueen, mother, Myrtle Lee McQueen, brother, Rondle McQueen, sister, Dana Manning Tipton. Harold is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vivian K. (Campbell) McQueen; daughter, Sonya Lynn Scott; son, Denver Scott McQueen; two grandsons, Mason L. Scott, Ryland J. Scott; and sister, Faye McGuire; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday March 6, 2017 at Roberts Drive Pentecostal Church 9569 Roberts Drive Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Jimmy Jewell officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH.
