Herbert D Smith

Herbert D. Smith, age 76 of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Atrium Medical Center, Middletown, Ohio. Born on June 2, 1950 in Middletown, he was one of 3 children to the late Raymond & Edith (Mosley). Herb was a simple man; he enjoyed being at the lake fishing; drag strip races & muscle cars. He will be missed by those who knew him. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Anna Garrett.

Survived by his son Michael (Mandy) Smith: grandchildren Jimmy (Chay) Byrd; Lane Byrd; Jordan Smith: great-grandchildren Bentley, Diesel, Easton and Ford Byrd: sister Linda Robinson: as well as many friends along the way, and extended family members.

Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM on Thursday July 2, 2026 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
