He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 16, 1957, the son of the late Alfred and Lillie Mae (Burgraff) Cramer, Sr.
He is survived by his brother, Alfred Cramer, Jr. and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
