Hubert Stamper

Hubert Stamper, age 82, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born August 22, 1940, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, the son of the late Vincent and Hazel (Turner) Stamper. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Elzie Stamper and a sister, Josie Turner.

Hubert is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Roberta (Huff) Stamper; five sisters, Carlene, Angie, Pauline, Florence and Merkie. He is also survived by many sweet, sweet nieces and nephews.

Hubert was a member of Local 534 in Middletown, Ohio for over 58 years.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at the Anderson Funeral Home- Franklin Chapel, 1357 East Second Street. Interment will follow in Woodhill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Thursday.
