Icy Christine Norvell, age 81, of Ft. Wayne, IN; died Sunday May 12, 2013. Icy was born in Kentucky on February 27, 1932 to Kelley and Mildred (Hatton) Gibbs. She is survived by her husband Charles V. Norvell; a son Matt (Jennifer) Norvell; a daughter Jackie (Stephen) Skevlington; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother Don Gibbs; and a sister Dorothy Wilson.
