He is preceded in death by his parents, brother (James Edward Alcorn), and great grandson (Carson Prater).
Jack leaves behind his wife of 53 years (Frankie Alcorn), his children (Jack, Jimmy, Jerry, and Jessica), 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers (Freddie, Terry, and Jessie Paul), and a host of other family and friends, as well as his lifelong friend Roger Taulbee, who he loved like a brother.
Funeral service will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 12:00 pm with Pastor Duane Harney officiating at Anderson Funeral Home (1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio).
