Jack was formerly employed with Conrail for 45 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Brenda and daughter, Kim.
Jack is survived by his three sons, Jack E. (Tammy) Johnson Jr., Brian Keith Johnson, and Mike (Jenine) Clark; a daughter, Annetta Lee (Ray) Newton ; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Also a sister, Myrtle K. Gross and a brother, R. Aster (Leslie) Johnson.
Funeral service will be Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10:00 am at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Elmo Johnson officiating.
