Jack was formerly employed with D P & L for many years.
He is survived by his son, Larry (Mary) Rowland; grandson, William Rowland; granddaughter, Elizabeth Rowland; a brother, James F. Rowland; and two sisters, Ruth Ann Gillespie and Billie Jean Philpot.
Funeral service will be Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio.
