Jacqueline Rae Parks, age 83, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Spring Hills of Middletown. Jacqueline was born in Middletown, OH on July 4, 1934 to Malcolm and Martha (Flemming) Alexander.
Jacqueline is preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Parks, parents; brother, Allen Alexander and great grandson, Uriah James Lykins. She is survived by two daughters, Denise (Dan) Aldridge and Karen (Robert) Lykins; one son, Robert Kevin (Lisa) Parks; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and brother, Richard (Grace) Alexander.
Funeral services are Monday, April 9, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Mr. Courtney Parks officiating. Burial in Grace Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the funeral home.
