James Delmer Banks, age 60, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Monday November 19, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on June 23, 1958 to James and Mary (Banks) Banks. James was employed with Huhtamaki for 13 years and previously served as a Firefighter for 10 years with the Carlisle Fire Dept. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jason, siblings, Lloyd, Clifton, Leo, Jerry and Geneva Banks. James is survived by his loving wife of 40 years,Vickie Sue Jones Banks, a daughter, Amy (George) Crank; also 3 grandchildren, Thomas, Aden and Amelia Crank, and 3 sisters, Patricia Banks, Susie (David) Dionne and Evelyn Richards. Funeral services are 10:00 am Saturday at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street Franklin, with Pastor Lonnie Mitchell and Brother Don Trusty officiating.
