James Cottle

James O. Cottle, age 71, of Franklin, died Sunday, August 4, 2013 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born August 25, 1941 in West Liberty, Kentucky, the son of Donald Cottle and Ida Cornwell Cottle. James worked as a machine operator for Berenfield Midwest Corp, Mason, Ohio. He was active at the Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy Lou Cox Cottle; one daughter, Crystal Jimmy Peitsmeyer of Lebanon; one son, James Cottle of Kentucky; and four grandchildren, Cailin, Deacon, Reagan, Eden; and his church family. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Ralph and Thomas Cottle. Funeral service will be 7:00 PM Wednesday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Fisher officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. There will be visitation at Potter Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY, from 1-2:00 PM, Thursday with funeral services beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at the Cottle Cemetery, West Liberty, Kentucky.
