James Keith Hess, age 62 of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014. He was born December 2, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Kenneth and Annabelle (Welsh) Hess. James was formerly employed with C.B. Manufacturing. He is preceded in death by his mother, Annabelle Hess. James is survived by his son, Robert (Crystal Miller) Hess; father, Kenneth (Thelma) Hess; three sisters, Judy Redmon, Linda Day, Sheila Dalton; step-brother, Dale Hess; three step-sisters, Connie (Don) Baker, Pamela (Frank) Davis, Deborah Neal; and granddaughter, Annie Miller. Funeral service will be Friday, August 29, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Friday at Anderson Funeral Homes. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
