James Drew Maupin

James Drew Maupin, age 31, passed away Saturday July 14, 2018. He was born April 1, 1987 to Richard R. Maupin and Bonnie S Maupin. Born in Knoxville, TN. James was named for his two uncles, James Maupin and Drew Pullen. James, (JD) moved to Middletown in 1997 when he was in sixth grade. James attended Middletown High School and later became the General Manager of Miami Oil. James was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, AR and Mary Louise Maupin, of Middletown, OH, and his maternal grandfather, Dr. Paul T. Pullen.

James, (JD) is survived by his parents, Richard R. and Bonnie S. Maupin, Middletown, OH; grandmother Connie Pullen, Salem, VA; brother, Rick Maupin of Middletown, OH; sister Laura (Jonathan) Turner, of Richmond VA; niece Sarah Johnson; nephew Joey Johnson; both of Richmond VA. Along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. James enjoyed playing darts with his many friends and being in the company of his cousins. He also enjoyed spending time with his dogs.

Service will be held at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH Wednesday July 18th 4:30-7:30. Services will be immediately following.
