James Kevin Nickell, age 46, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Sunday October 10, 2021 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. He was born on November 4, 1976 in Middletown, Ohio to parents James and Deloris (nee Oney) Nickell.

Kevin worked as a problem solver at Kohl’s E-Commerce Distribution Center. He was a gun collector and avid shoe wearer. He was a devoted family man and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Nickell.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Deloris Nickell; his old lady of 22 years, Lisa Kirk; children, Jon Nickell, Jacob, Jared, Jamie, and Emily Kirk; grandchildren, Jaxon and Carolyn Stinnett; sisters, Anna (Larry) Baird, and Tonya Eckman (John Davidson) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will take place on Wednesday October 20, 2021 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Funeral will take place on Thursday October 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Burial will take place at Woodhill Cemetery.
