He is preceded in death by mother, Cynthia Cole.
Jamie is survived by his father, Anthony Mullins, asister, Alexis Moore; brother, Anthony (Tony) Mullins; a son, Connor Mullins; a Daughter, Allison Mullins; his cousin, Shavawn Cole;and step father, Donald Moore.
