He is preceded in death by his brother, Bradley D. Powers; Grandparents, Ed & Dorothy Powers, grandparents, Alex & Rosalee Herald.
In addition to his parents, Jamie is survived by his daughter, Madison Powers; three sons, Isaiah Powers, Carmine Powers, Jamie D. Powers, Jr.; two brothers, Jonathan Herald, Artie Herald; two sisters, Tamara Powers, Angelic Poff.
Funeral service will be Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.
