Janice Lee Randall, age 78, of Monroe, Ohio, died Wednesday August 26, 2015. She was born in Elverton, West Virginia on August 19, 1937 to Tony and Kathleen (Porter) Garcia. She was employed with Ample for 4 years and retired in 2004. She was preceded in death by her father, Tony Garcia, mother, Kathleen Garcia, son, Henry Lee Pender, brother, Freddie Garcia, brother, Tony Garcia, sister, Lola Crawford. Janice is survived by her husband Richard Randall, two daughters, Karen Pender, Carol (Rodney) Engle; four grandchildren, Autumn Weaver, Brandon Bareswilt, Jason Engle, Matthew Engle; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Madeline Bell. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday August 31, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Private burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
