He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Mae (Stogner) Chamberlain, father, Carl William Chamberlain and; a sister, Sherie Chamberlain Gutknecht. Jeffrey is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Chris) Shiflett and 2 grandchildren, Skylar and Brayden; also his grand-dog, Calvin. Funeral services are
