Jo Ann was a loving wife and mother. She was a friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Doug Stamper; two sons, Kyle Stamper, Bryce Stamper; mother, Sally M. Hall; father, William G. Hill; brother, Greg Hill; three sisters, Melissa Hill, Jennifer Miller, Kayla Dunn.
