Joan was preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Harvey, Clarence Harvey; her sisters, Oleda Harvey, Lowana Harvey and a nephew, Mark Harvey. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert Day; her nephew, Darren Harvey; her nieces, Deborah Brown and Kathleen Miller.
Funeral Services are 12pm Tuesday January 28, 2025 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH with Chaplain Tommie James officiting. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10am to 12pm at the funeral home.
