Kelly, Joan, age 82, of Franklin passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at her residence. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on June 7, 1939, the daughter of the late Joseph and Daisy (Belcher) Harris. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Harris in 2015. Joan is survived by her two daughters and son-in-law, Kathy Kelly, Dana (Jeff) Lentz, both of Middletown; two sons, Jerry (Ruth) Kelly, Rob Kelly, both of Franklin; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry (Pam) Harris, Dale (Gwen) Harris, both of Franklin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. Joan was a retired CNA from Franklin Ridge Nursing Center and was an avid sports and bingo fan. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment to follow in Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin.
