Joan is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Ruppert; sister, Barbara Kinzer. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald W. and Paula M. Ruppert; grandchildren, Rachel Ruppert-Wolfinbarger and husband, John Wolfinbarger, Alexandra Ruppert-Hymer and husband, McKinley Hymer, V; Jeremy P. Ruppert, Jacob M. Ruppert; great-grandchildren, Natalie C. Wolfinbarger, Wesley W. Wolfinbarger, Charlotte E. Hymer; brother, Warren Huff; sister, Gloria Werntz.
A Graveside Service for family will be held on Thursday July 5, 2018 at 10:00 am at Woodhill Cemetery, 6228 Hamilton- Middletown Road Franklin, Ohio 45005.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties and Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
