JoAnn Moore, age 72, of Franklin, Ohio, died Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Hospice of Butler/Warren Counties. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 9, 1943 to Stanley and Hettie (Sorrell) Milton. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Milton, mother, Hettie Milton, sister, Barbara Westray, brother, Stanley Milton, and grandson, Michael Napier. JoAnn is survived by her three daughters, Jamie Rupert, Billie Napier, Paige Moore; sister, Linda (Joe) Isaacs; four grandsons, Joshua Rupert, Keith Napier, Gary Napier, Ricky Madwell; granddaughter, Brandi Rupert; two great grandsons, Joseph Cains and Joshua Rupert Jr.; two great granddaughters, Madison Cains, and Pheove Rupert.
