On Thursday September 18, 2025, our beloved JD Hoffer left us. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jeraldine Hoffer; wife, Helen Hoffer; his son David Hoffer; and his brother Karl Hoffer.
He is survived by his first born son John E. (Connie) Hoffer; and step grandchildren, Nathan (Jamila) Lane, Jenny McNabb, Mike (Sandy) Frank, and Paula Frank; as well as several great grandchildren.
JD retired from Armco with over 38 years of service. He was a Mason and outdoorsman, and a good man.
He was loved and will be greatly missed.
A visitation for JD will take place on Wednesday September 24, 2025 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 from 12:00pm – 1:00 pm. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will take place at Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin, Ohio.
