

John was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Amongst many things, he was a talented carpenter. He enjoyed the outdoors- farming, fishing, hunting, camping and horse & buggies. Known as "Drum Maker" or "Many Winds", John immersed himself in the Native American culture and was a notable drum maker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Sue Milligan, sisters, Estelle Fugate & Helen Dyke and brother, Raymond Milligan. John will be missed by his loving children, Tony (Delisa) Milligan, Donna Million and Mike (Michelle) Milligan; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Lon (Allene) Milligan & Rubin (Earlene) Milligan; sisters, Maenell Wilmoth, Rosella Watson & Ruth (Elmo) Johnson and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:00 am at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin,Ohio with Pastors Elmo Johnson and Roger Mullins officiating. Burial in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at the funeral home and from 10:00 am-11:00am prior to the service.
