Johnny Calloway

Johnny George Calloway, age 81, of Franklin, Ohio, died Thursday November 7, 2013at Hospice of Butler/Warren Counties. Johnny was born in Ashville, North Carolina on June 9, 1932 to Oscar and Vista (Follett) Calloway. Johnny served in the U.S. Navy Air Force during the Korean War. Johnny was employed with Armco Steel for 35 years and retired in 1991. He was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Vista Calloway, 3 brother Claude, Carl, and Dewey Calloway, 2 sisters Elizabeth and Pauline. Johnny is survived by his wife of 58 years Barbara (Rogers) Calloway, 3 sons Gary, Kenneth, and Gregory, a daughter Christa Roosa, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Irene Taylor and Judy Cauble. Funeral services are 1pm Tuesday November 12, 2013 Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Ron Mueller officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
