Joshua Michael Jackson

He was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and dear friend. He was the light of his four boys and wife, Heather's, life. His laugh was contagious, and his most prized quality was his ability to make everyone feel loved and appreciated. He was a friend to all and always willing to help anyone in need. Even in his final act, he chose to continue his legacy of helping others by being an organ donor. He will live on in many others that are provided a second chance at life.

Joshua celebrated and lived life to the fullest. He was a proud business owner who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He was also a passionate music lover and enjoyed beautiful unique art and fast cars. These passions will be a continuous reminder of him daily, to those who knew and loved him.

As his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that his love is eternal, and that Josh’s spirit lives on through his four boys and loving family.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Jackson, sons Dane, Grant, Kameron, and Kahr; parents Amy and Rob Lovelace; Michael and Cindy Jackson; siblings Matt Whitmer (Leigh) Jordan Lovelace (Courtney), Carly Lovelace (Niles Moore), Alexa Szwilski (Toni), Taylor Lovelace (Amber McComas), Brennan Jackson (Rylee); and grandmother, Helen Jackson. He also leaves behind 15 nieces and nephews and hundreds of friends who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Jean Cunningham, Bob Lovelace, Howard Jackson, Bill and Carol Brennan and his mother-in-law Cathy Knese.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 19th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Church of the Incarnation (7415 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital (https://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/) and Ronald McDonald House (https://rmhc.org/) in honor of Josh’s son, Grant Michael Jackson.
