Joyce Ann Miller

Joyce Ann Miller, age 82 passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at the Atrium Medical Center. Joyce was born in Lynch , Kentucky on October 9, 1942 to the late James Walter and Nova Marie Bailey (Frazier).

Joyce had an energetic personality who loved to laugh, have fun, and she was always up for anything or adventure. She was a excellent cook, and prepared many loving meals for her family and friends. Joyce worked at the Franklin City Schools for 8 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband James "Jim" Miller in 2013; and parents, James and Nova, and grandson Nathan Rose.

Joyce is survived by her son, Jeff Quiett; stepdaughter, Traci (Wayde) Barrett; granddaughter, Brooklynn Barrett; brothers, Ronnie, and Donne (Lee) Bailey; sisters in law, Joyce (Roger) Heitchler, and Cheryl (Danny) Patterson; brother in law, Mike (Pat) Miller; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A visitation for Joyce will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial to immediately follow at Woodhill Cemetery.
