Juanita was born to Charlie and Myrtle (Cope) Adams on June 22, 1930 in Franklin, OH. She is survived by her daughter Mary Jane Mousa-Fueston (Dannie), son David A. Baker, grandson's Kirk J. Mousa (Teresa) Kevin M. Mousa (Lori) Anthony C. Baker (Laura). Granddaughter Desirea Hazlett (John). Great granddaughter Amanda Mousa, great grandsons Kyle M. Mousa, Cole M. Mousa, Mark Allen Hazlett, Hayden Bradley Hazlett, and Ethan W. Hazlett, and her beloved pet Scruffy, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Myrtle Adams, husband Robert L. Baker, granddaughter Kristine V. Baker, sisters Mae Patterson, Wanda Thompson, brothers Bruce and Ronnie Adams.
Juanita graduated from Franklin High School in 1949. She worked at NCR where she met her husband. They were married Jan. 20, 1952. They made their home in Springboro, OH. They were married for 43 years. Juanita also worked at The House of Drugs in Franklin, Metlife Insurance and Home Federal Bank. She also volunteered at Springboro Jonathan Wright and Clearcreek Elementary schools as a teachers aide.
Juanita enjoyed her rose garden, going on cruises with family and other vacation travels.
