Judith Rae Wegner, age 82, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Kettering Health Network Miamisburg. Judith was born in Merrill, WI on July 13, 1942 to the late Andrew J. and Phyllis (Smith) Fehr.
She served in the United States Women's Corp, was an avid reader, and loved to crochet. Judith was employed with Meijer Grocery Store for 10 years, also Kohl's and volunteered with Big Brothers. She was a former Girl Scout Brownie Leader and she was the Neighborhood Girl Scout Cookie Leader.
Judith is survived by her four children, Joanna (Edward) Brennan, Jennifer Wood, Richard (Erin) Wegner, Elizabeth (Todd) Rutkowski; her two brothers, Jerry Fehr and Jayme (Julie) Fehr.
