Kali Marie Johnson-Smith, age 10 days, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Saturday January 14, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 4, 2017 to Daniel Smith and Gabrielle Johnson. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Smith. Kali is survived by her mom and dad, also two grandmothers, Patricia Johnson and Regina Smith; maternal great grandfather, Daniel Hurst Sr.; paternal great grandmother, Nancy Mynhier; maternal great great grandmother, Julianne Alliss.
