Karen French

Karen Sue French, age 70, of Middletown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born October 31, 1943 in Ashland, Kentucky. She was a retired x-ray technician in Ashland, Kentucky. She was an active member of the Monroe Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her parents, Bill and Juanita Hatfield of Ashland, Kentucky; husband, Gene French of Middletown, Ohio; son, Matthew Kristy French of Hillsboro, Ohio; daughter, Kelli Brent Lewis of Ironton, Ohio; grandchildren, Tayler CJ Justice, Hannah Lewis, Niles French, Liam French; and sister Vicki David Simpson. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home by Pastor Steven Grooms. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM Saturday, preceding the service at the funeral home. Graveside rights will be held Sunday 1:00 PM at Golden Oaks Memorial Garden, Ashland, Kentucky, conducted by Pastor Tony Poff.
