Kathy Lynn Hensley-Smith, age 54, died on March 22, 2011 at her home. She is survived by both parents, George Chuck and Sylvia Smith; sister, Fawn; and brother, Greg Smith. Five children, David Haddix wife, Keri Wells, Tayla and Brandon Marsh, Matthew and Emily Hensley; 12 grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011 from 6 to 8PM at Eastview Baptist Church on St. Rt. 122.
