

Kenneth "Kenny" Mark Clausing, age 77, of Carlisle, Ohio passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, May 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of family and memories of a life well lived. Kenny was born on February 7, 1949, in Portsmouth, Ohio to Henry and Dorothy (Kennedy) Clausing who proceeded him in death.
Kenny was a proud graduate of Clay High School, where he excelled in both baseball and basketball, demonstrating the dedication and competitive spirit that would carry through every chapter of his life. Kenny went on to dedicate more than 30 years of service to General Motors before retiring.
Kenny found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved spending time on the golf course, fishing whenever he had the chance, and working on his cars. He was known as a hardworking, kindhearted, and loving family man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His generosity, strength, and unwavering support for those he loved will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his significant other, Vicki “Kaye” Huegele; his children, Mark (Angie) Clausing, Brittany Clausing, and Brandon Clausing; and his stepchildren, John (Ashley) Huegele and Lyndi Carlson. He was a proud grandfather to Amber King, Amanda King, and Jacob Clausing, children of Mark and Angie; Maveric and Lux, children of Brittany; Julian, son of Brandon; Jake and Jasper, sons of John and Ashley, and Lucas, son of Lyndi.
One of 11 siblings, Kenny was proceeded in death by his brother, Jim Clausing and sisters, Elaine Queen, Sue Goldfarb, and Carla Blevins. He is survived by his brothers Tom (Mimi) Clausing, Danny (Liz) Clausing, and Paul Clausing and his sisters Brenda Sommer, Marsha Gulley, Lisa (Mark) Greene.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with services immediately following.
Kenny will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his loving heart, steady presence, and the countless lives he touched through his kindness and devotion to family. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on in all who knew him.
