Kenneth Phillips, age 62, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Saturday February 24, 2018 at Sycamore Medical Center. He was born on December 7, 1955 to W C and Betty (Caudill) Phillips. Kenneth served in the Army and he was employed with M.R. Phillips Construction Co. for several years with his brother and father. Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Jalawnda (Jamie) Perry; two sons, David (Michelle) Albertson, Jeff (Angie) Albertson; 8, grandchildren; a brother, Mike (Gail) Phillips and his sister, Connie Phillips. Funeral services are 1:30 pm Friday March 2, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery with military honors.
