Kenya Kendrick

As I wipe the tear from her eye

She fades fast into the sky

Greeted by the maker- she enters within

Perfect, whole, cleansed from sin.

Worries aside, for she dwells above,

My guardian angel filled with love.

Princess Kenya was born on Saturday, November, 16th, 2013 at 9:32pm. She went home to the Lord on Sunday, November 17th, 2013 at 12:48pm. Was survived by her loving mother, Roxanna Kendrick, her grandparents Cliff and Robin Kendrick, her aunts Elizabeth and McKinzie Kendrick, her uncles Cliff II and Joseph Kendrick, her cousins Izabella and Sebastian Shrout and many more family and friends. At 20 weeks she was diagnosed with a rare condition called Anencephaly. As everyone prepared for the worst, Kenya was preparing to demonstrate true determination and strength. Defeating every statistic the doctors labeled her with, she showed everyone the real meaning of faith.

Kenya was a blessing and a teacher to all of those who don't believe in themselves. She will never be forgotten and lives within the hearts of many. We will always love you Princess Kenya Grace, forever.

Visitation is on November 22, 2013 at noon and the funeral is 1pm at Grace Baptist Church in Middletown.
